About the role
We are looking for a motivated HR Officer to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing administrative HR tasks, payroll processing, and supporting the implementation of the group’s HR strategy.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and monitor personnel records and administrative procedures.
- Manage payroll processing and social security declarations.
- Implement the operational aspects of the group’s HR strategy.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and regulatory obligations.
- Support recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.
- Act as a close liaison for employees, addressing their day‑to‑day HR needs.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR position.
- Strong organizational skills, discretion and respect for confidentiality.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) tools.
