About the role
The Bank is looking for an Account Manager to serve clients in the Fès region. You will work in the agency, ensuring a professional and courteous experience for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a courteous and professional reception to clients entering the agency.
- Ensure speed and reliability of all teller and back‑office operations.
- Deliver accurate and relevant information in response to client inquiries.
- Contribute to the quality of customer service through excellent front‑office interactions.
- Maintain effective commercial actions while processing banking operations.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with banking transactions.
Required profile
- Minimum education: Bac+3 (Bachelor’s degree level).
- Strong customer orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Rigorous, organized, and detail‑oriented.
- Ability to build close relationships with clients.
