About the role

VENTEC S.A. is seeking a Training Manager to lead the entire training process, from identifying needs to evaluating the impact of training actions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and contribute to the development of the training plan.
• Design and structure training programmes within the framework of training engineering.
• Plan training sessions and coordinate logistical arrangements with partner organisations.
• Manage financing mechanisms, including OFPPT Special Training Contracts and GIAC schemes.
• Verify the quality of pedagogical materials.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training actions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training databases.
• Produce monitoring and reporting documents.
• Handle administrative and financial aspects of all training activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi‑activity environment.
• Strong knowledge of professional training devices, especially OFPPT and GIAC.
• Good command of office tools.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
