Chef de Cuisine – All Day Dining

About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is seeking an experienced Chef de Cuisine to lead the All Day Dining outlet. In this senior kitchen position you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, and step in for the Executive Sous Chef when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the day‑to‑day kitchen operations for breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
• Plan, organize, control, and direct kitchen staff to maintain superior food quality and consistency.
• Take full responsibility for the outlet in the absence of the Executive Sous Chef.
• Prepare all menu items according to guest orders and established production standards.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior culinary role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong leadership abilities and the capacity to manage a diverse kitchen team.
• Commitment to delivering the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Food preparation and cooking techniques for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Menu planning and execution in a high‑volume, upscale environment.
• Kitchen management, including staff scheduling and inventory control.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
