About the role
The Head of Fresh Products Department will work within a Carrefour hyper‑market and report to the Store Director. The role is responsible for defining and applying the Group's commercial policy for the fresh product range.
Key responsibilities
- Define and monitor the assortment and commercial animation (promotions, marketing) for the fresh department.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and current regulations.
- Analyze and follow budgetary trends, including sales, margins and consumables.
- Lead the department team, managing human resources and performance reporting.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- University degree equivalent to Bac+4/5.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Fresh Products Manager.
- Demonstrated ability to drive commercial animation, performance reporting and team management.
- Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
