About the role
Join our hotel kitchen team to prepare high‑quality dishes and create memorable guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Season, cook, and test dishes according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Supervise line cooks, providing support in the absence of senior chefs to maintain smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and prevent cross‑contamination.
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage, and stock rotation to ensure food safety.
- Assist with cost management to improve gross profit margins and meet financial targets.
- Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
Required profile
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Kitchen supervision and team coordination.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
