Chef de Rang – Luxury Hotel Dining Service

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Rang to join the Ling Ling by Hakkasan team at Mandarin Oriental, Marrakech. In this position you will deliver exceptional, personalized dining experiences for our guests while upholding the brand’s legendary service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑quality service throughout the guest dining journey.
• Manage your assigned station, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to guarantee seamless service flow.
• Guide and support Commis de Rang staff during service periods.
• Anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with Mandarin Oriental standards, hygiene, and safety procedures.
• Maintain impeccable presentation of the restaurant and service areas.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Chef de Rang or senior waiter in a luxury hotel or high‑end restaurant.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
