Chief Auditor / Controller Lead

About the role

The Chief Auditor/Controller Lead will ensure financial accuracy, safeguard cash, and maintain comprehensive records for the property. This full‑time position is based at Avenue Mohammed VI in Marrakech and supports the hotel's finance and accounting functions.

Key responsibilities

• Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and audit financial, accounting, and payroll reports.
• Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to cash‑handling policies.
• Organize, secure, and maintain files and records in line with retention and confidentiality policies.
• Prepare, maintain, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, and payroll reports and tables.
• Audit and reconcile all revenue postings.
• Follow company safety, security, and appearance policies while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.

Required skills

• Ability to accurately review and audit financial documents.
• Basic knowledge of cash handling and record‑keeping procedures.
