Claims Invoicing Consultant

About the role

The Claims Invoicing Consultant will ensure accurate processing of automotive claims invoices for ALTEN Maroc. You will work closely with dealers, repairers, and market finance teams to validate, track, and settle pre‑invoices and invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Verify daily allocated XF claims and compare report data with claim damage cards in OBT Stella.
• Prepare pre‑invoice templates using debit/credit reports.
• Send pre‑invoice documents to dealers/repairers and provide invoicing instructions.
• Monitor claim status changes, download submitted invoices, validate accuracy, and store approved invoices.
• Request corrections from dealers/repairers when discrepancies are identified.
• Produce monthly closure reports for each market and ensure timely submission.
• Support market settlement processes by submitting approved invoices and communicating with finance teams.
• Raise Hypercare tickets for damage IDs requiring status updates.
• Collaborate with markets and logistics providers to confirm invoice submissions and resolve documentation gaps.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial engineering or logistics.
• Intermediate experience (approximately 3–5 years) in financial document processing or claims invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet monthly deadlines.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency with web‑based business systems, preferably OBT Stella or similar platforms.
