Client Relations Specialist (Italian Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist who is fluent in Italian to join our fast‑paced fintech team. In this senior‑level position you will nurture relationships with high‑value clients, guide them through onboarding, and ensure they receive best‑in‑class service throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to leads and existing clients daily to boost satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and execute creative strategies for acquiring new clients and retaining current ones.
• Assist clients during onboarding, provide product advice, and follow up diligently.
• Review client investment portfolios and risk profiles on a regular basis.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from all channels and keep CRM records up to date.
• Communicate product updates, market trends, and regulatory changes to clients.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to the Client Relationship Manager and other stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly performance targets and complete assigned tasks.

Required profile

• 2+ years of client relationship management experience, preferably in a financial brokerage or securities environment.
• Good knowledge of CFD products such as FX, indices, commodities, shares, ETFs, and cryptocurrencies.
• Minimum diploma or higher education.
• Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages (French, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, global fintech setting.
