About the role
Worldpanel is seeking a Client Service Executive to support its Client Service Team in Casablanca. The role focuses on responding to client data requests, preparing analyses and presentations, and developing a solid understanding of FMCG market insights.
Key responsibilities
- Recognize patterns in data sets and draw logical conclusions.
- Build compelling stories from data and assist in preparing client presentations.
- Develop knowledge of the FMCG environment, macro trends, and brand categories.
- Assist clients in locating and using existing data through regular reports and database structures.
- Discuss and challenge client briefs when appropriate.
- Take ownership of client requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and databases.
- Support the manager in client meetings by preparing materials and handling follow‑up requests.
- Produce and interpret analyses, highlighting key points with high precision and attention to detail.
Required profile
- Motivated to develop analytical skills and FMCG knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Client Service Team.
