Clinical Application Specialist – Product & Medical Lab Solutions

About the role
The Clinical Application Specialist will act as the bridge between our product portfolio and healthcare professionals, ensuring that customers and the internal sales team fully understand and can effectively use our solutions. This role combines technical expertise, training delivery, and hands‑on support throughout the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive product application training to customers and the sales team.
- Support trade shows and professional conferences by performing live product demonstrations.
- Provide technical, application, and clinical assistance during the entire sales process, including pre‑sales tendering.
- Collect and analyse product application and clinical data to identify customer needs and drive product improvements.
Required profile
- Experience in biomedical or clinical applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluent French and business‑level English.
- Proactive, ambitious mindset with the ability to work independently.
