Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer to join Mindera’s agile, collaborative team. You will partner with developers, leadership and clients to design, build and operate secure, cost-effective AWS infrastructure that scales globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AWS resources, from provisioning to de‑commissioning, ensuring security, performance and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with developers and senior management to embed DevOps best practices into daily workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/Terragrunt and automate configuration with Ansible.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab or Jenkins for reliable deployments.
• Manage container platforms (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm) and support application release processes.
• Participate in incident analysis, observability and monitoring using Grafana, Kibana, DataDog or CloudWatch.
• Write scripts in Bash, Python or JavaScript/TypeScript to streamline operations.
• Travel up to 15 % for national or international projects as required.

Required profile

• Growth‑mindset with strong troubleshooting skills on Unix‑like systems.
• Enjoys collaborative, politics‑free environments and can work with minimal supervision.
• Clear communicator in English, able to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
