Cluster Finance Manager

About the role

As a Cluster Finance Manager you will lead the financial operations of multiple hotels, ensuring profitability and compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial strategy across the hotel portfolio, aligning with strategic goals to optimize profitability and efficiency.
• Direct the preparation of annual plans, forecasts and budgets, providing insights for business decisions.
• Act as primary financial advisor to hotel management, Area/Cluster General Managers, owners and asset managers.
• Build cross‑functional partnerships with Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, HR, Operations and Shared Service Centres.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and hotel policies, implementing strong financial controls.
• Oversee financial reporting systems, approve sales, purchases, salaries and expenses, and develop a high‑performing finance team.
