Cluster General Manager – Morocco

About the role

The Pestana Hotel Group, the largest Portuguese hotel group, is seeking a passionate and experienced Cluster General Manager to lead three hotels in Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• General Manager of CR7 Marrakesh and overseeing two other business units.
• Lead the business and a team of senior managers to ensure KPIs are met.
• Maintain established cost and quality standards, maximize profits, develop and retain employees, and exceed guest expectations.
• Analyze financial reports and business/ statistical records.
• Oversee the hotels’ operations and contribute to continuous improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Cluster Manager or relevant role in 5‑ and 4‑star hotels, with a minimum of five years in a senior position.
• Fluency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws and guidelines.
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision‑making and problem‑solving.
• Reliable with the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Outstanding leadership skills and great attention to detail.
• Degree in Business Administration, Hotel/Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Ability to assimilate complex information and data.
