About the role
We are a stainless steel distribution company seeking a Commercial Assistant to support our commercial team with daily activities, quotations, and coordination with customers and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, reports, and commercial documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Follow up on orders, shipments, and deliveries.
- Assist with supply chain and logistics coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Provide general administrative and commercial support.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a commercial assistant, sales support, or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain and logistics.
- Good English communication skills – speaking, writing, and interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Proactive, reliable, and detail‑oriented.
