Commercial Manager

About the role

MPL is looking for a Commercial Manager to lead commercial and operational processes for its logistics services in Morocco. The role bridges customers and internal divisions, delivering tailored solutions and driving growth in the food market.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor operational and commercial processes to design custom‑made logistics solutions.
• Act as the primary interface between customers and all relevant divisions within MPL.
• Maintain and expand a portfolio of customers, following up on their needs and identifying new opportunities.
• Develop and create new business opportunities, including participation in fairs and industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in logistics, freight forwarding or a commercial role.
• Proven experience in operations or commercial logistics, with a network and project‑management exposure considered an advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, integrity, positivity and a willingness to go the extra mile.
