About the role
This full‑time, on‑site Commis de cuisine role at The View Hotels in Agadir supports the kitchen team in preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform mise en place and basic cooking tasks.
- Plate dishes and ensure workstations are clean, organized, and stocked.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff, responding to special requests or dietary needs.
Required profile
- Strong cooking and preparation skills with basic culinary techniques.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and food safety regulations.
- Understanding of food & beverage operations in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Prior experience in a professional kitchen or culinary training preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Teamwork, communication and time‑management abilities.
