Commodity Quality Leader

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is seeking a Commodity Quality Leader to support vehicle assembly projects in the automotive sector. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality standards during the launch and serial production phases.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collaborative activities during vehicle assembly in the plant.
• Reinforce the team during the launch phase and support daily assembly operations.
• Participate in morning and evening vehicle "obeyas" (failure analysis) sessions.
• Implement palliative and containment actions, including drafting, costing, and verification of proper implementation.
• Work with the ENG Core Team to develop containment actions and final solutions for quality issues.
• Manage PPAP grid documentation and ensure smooth transfer to serial production.

Required profile

• Diploma (Bac+5) in Embedded Systems, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Control Systems Engineering.
• Minimum five years of automotive experience with expertise in electrical/electronic systems for product development, manufacturing, or quality.

• Proven knowledge and application of quality tools, methods, and processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to global executive teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
