Commodity Quality Leader

About the role

ALTEN Morocco is seeking a Commodity Quality Leader to support vehicle assembly projects in its automotive plants. The role focuses on ensuring product quality during launch and serial production, working closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate collaborative activities during vehicle assembly in the plant.
• Reinforce the team during the launch phase and support daily morning/evening vehicle "obeyas" (failure analysis).
• Implement palliative and containment actions, including drafting, costing, and verification of proper implementation.
• Work with the ENG Core Team to develop containment actions and final solutions for quality problems.
• Manage PPAP grid and oversee the transfer of components to serial production.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Embedded Systems, Mechatronics, Electrical or Control Systems Engineering.
• At least 5 years of automotive experience with electrical/electronic systems in product development, manufacturing or quality.
• Proven ability to apply quality tools, methods and processes for continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational skills, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership and presentation skills for global executive audiences.
