Community and Traffic Manager

About the role

The Originals Creative Agency is looking for a full‑time Community and Traffic Manager based in Marrakesh. You will be the main point of contact for both online and offline audiences, driving engagement, fostering conversation, and strengthening the agency’s community presence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the agency’s social media accounts.
• Design and implement community engagement strategies.
• Respond to audience queries and encourage active discussions.
• Organise events that connect community members and promote brand loyalty.
• Analyse engagement metrics and report insights.
• Collect community feedback and share it with marketing and creative teams.
• Align community initiatives with overall organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media management, community engagement, and content creation.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, and customer‑service abilities.
• Knowledge of social media analytics, metrics, and reporting tools.
• Demonstrated capacity to organise events and work with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Creative problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution capabilities.
• Familiarity with the creative and marketing industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
