Community Manager Pre-Employment Internship

About the role

Harmony Technology is seeking a motivated Community Manager Pre‑Employment Intern to help grow and engage its online audience. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content and support the brand’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to boost engagement and drive website traffic.
• Create and curate content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Analyze social media metrics and deliver regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Monitor SEO performance and produce website content.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
• Basic SEO knowledge.
