Community Manager YouTube (PSG Channel)

About the role

LXD is looking for an agile, creative and data-obsessed Community Manager YouTube to lead the publishing strategy, packaging and visual identity of Paris Saint-Germain's official YouTube channel. The role works closely with post-production editors and digital strategists, turning raw matchday footage and exclusive vlogs into high-CTR videos.

Key responsibilities

• Write headlines, titles and short hooks (under 50 characters) that drive clicks while protecting the brand.
• Design 16:9 thumbnails in Adobe Photoshop with colour grading, facial focus and clear visual hierarchy, under tight post-match deadlines.
• Optimise titles, tags, first-line descriptions, pinned comments and playlist metadata to improve Browse Features and suggested video distribution.
• Track YouTube Studio metrics (CTR, impressions, APV/retention) after upload and adjust packaging quickly.
• Audit the channel, refresh existing packaging and build subscriber engagement around club moments and fan culture.

Required profile

• Fluent or native English, with strong working comprehension or fluency in French.
• Proven experience managing mid-to-large YouTube channels and knowledge of CTR, retention and Browse/Suggested algorithms.
• Familiarity with European and French football culture and with Paris Saint-Germain.

Required skills

• Hands-on mastery of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma, with fast execution under live sports pacing.
• Copywriting and graphic design.

What we offer

• Service contract as an independent contractor, with creative freedom over global, highly visible pages.
• Monthly fee of USD 700, with a performance bonus of up to USD 300 per quarter based on KPIs and channel growth.
• Payment by ACH/wire in two equal instalments on the 15th and 30th of the following month.
