About the role

Akkodis Maroc is seeking an experienced Tooling Designer to join its engineering team. The role focuses on creating and managing tooling solutions for various industrial applications, including molding, finishing, assembly, and fixtures, using CATIA V5.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and assemblies in CATIA (Part Design, Assembly Design, Surface, and Drafting).
• Design tooling for molding, finishing, assembly, and custom fixtures, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Maintain and apply tooling standards throughout the design process.
• Produce technical documentation and drawings using Office tools.
• Participate in project planning and execution, coordinating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience in tooling design.
• Strong command of French and English, both written and spoken.
• Prior experience in the aerospace sector is a significant advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly Design, Surface, Drafting).
• Knowledge of tooling standards and best practices.
• Competence with Microsoft Office for technical documentation.
• Technical writing abilities.
• Project management capabilities.
