About the role
The Legal and Compliance Advisor at Marsh Morocco provides cross‑functional support to management and operational teams, ensuring that administrative, legal and regulatory processes run smoothly. The role involves coordinating internal procedures, monitoring compliance with local and international regulations, and supporting stakeholder relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Manage administrative follow‑up of legal and compliance files.
- Coordinate preparation, review and filing of contracts and internal documents.
- Oversee client risk assessment preparation, review and filing.
- Monitor regulatory obligations and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead the anti‑money‑laundering and counter‑terrorism financing program as AML/CFT Officer.
- Participate in the implementation and control of internal procedures.
- Support management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, tracking tables and compliance indicators.
- Organise follow‑up of requests, renewals and administrative approvals related to company activities.
