About the role

The Service Advisor will act as the primary point of contact for customers at our automotive dealership, ensuring their needs are identified and met through appropriate product and service offerings. The role combines after‑sales support, relationship building, and coordination of workshop activities to deliver a memorable customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and propose suitable automotive products or services.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and prospects.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality after‑sales service and handle feedback or complaints.
• Achieve individual sales targets, revenue goals, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Prepare service appointments, verify parts availability, and confirm work orders with customers.
• Update customer records and coordinate repair progress with workshop staff.
• Explain completed work, manage invoicing, and oversee vehicle delivery.

Required profile

• Specialized Technician diploma in Automotive (BAC+2) or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in the automotive sector.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and automotive diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with IT after‑sales tools such as EBP, Elsa Pro, DISS, ETKA, Plan Numérique, Lecteur de clés, PPSO, Service CAM, Service Online.
• Ability to use diagnostic equipment for vehicle troubleshooting.
