Consolidation Reporting Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Consolidation & Reporting Manager to lead our finance function. The role focuses on delivering accurate, timely financial reports, strengthening controls, and providing insights for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting and consolidation across multiple entities.
• Ensure financial statements comply with IFRS and statutory requirements.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing, reconciliations and journal reviews.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and performance reporting.
• Coordinate statutory audits, regulatory reporting and audit issue resolution.
• Identify reporting risks, strengthen internal controls and drive automation.
• Support ERP and consolidation system optimisation.
• Lead, mentor and develop the reporting and controlling team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent).
• 8‑10+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation and audit.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of IFRS and multi‑entity environments.
• Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Leadership and senior stakeholder management skills.
