About the role
We are looking for a Principal Consultant specialized in Level‑2 technical support. In this role you will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and propose effective, streamlined solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate and attend client meetings to gather requirements.
- Conduct research and analysis to design optimal solutions for client businesses.
- Offer strategic and practical recommendations to address client problems.
- Present findings and proposals to clients in a clear, concise manner.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and increase efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a related consulting or technical support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
