Consultant SAP BPC – Performance Finance

About the role

We are looking for a SAP BPC Consultant to support our clients in implementing, evolving, and maintaining financial performance management solutions. You will work closely with finance directors and business teams to translate functional needs into robust SAP BPC configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from finance departments.
• Participate in functional and technical design of SAP BPC solutions.
• Configure planning, budgeting, forecasting and consolidation models.
• Develop and maintain business rules, scripts and data processing logic.
• Design and execute functional and technical test cases.
• Manage data migration and integration from ERP systems.
• Support users during testing, rollout and production phases.
• Provide functional support and incident resolution.
• Produce functional and technical documentation.
• Facilitate client workshops and project steering committees.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation around SAP EPM solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, finance or equivalent.
• 2‑8 years of experience with SAP BPC implementations or evolutions.
• Proven involvement in multiple SAP projects.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, closing, consolidation and reporting processes.
• Professional proficiency in French and English.
• Analytical mindset, strong communication skills and client‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously, in teams and in international environments.
