Content & Growth Marketer

About the role

Meridian Plus is a SaaS company offering practical automation for customer-facing teams, centered on a centralized online workspace that helps businesses organize leads, support qualification and prepare next steps with customers. The Content & Growth Marketer plays a central role in shaping the company's narrative and driving customer acquisition and engagement. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Casablanca Metropolitan Area.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute growth-focused marketing campaigns and run experiments to improve lead generation and conversion.
• Produce clear, compelling content for digital channels and optimize messaging across the customer journey.
• Analyze web and marketing performance data, identify growth opportunities and iterate on content and campaigns based on measurable results.
• Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to turn complex automation capabilities into accessible stories, case studies and educational materials.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and monitor market trends.

Required profile

• Growth marketing and growth hacking experience, including designing and running experiments for user acquisition and retention.
• Experience with SaaS or B2B technology products, ideally in marketing roles connecting product capabilities to customer needs.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong content creation and editing skills, able to explain technical concepts and automation workflows clearly.
• Effective communication, collaboration and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Required skills

• Lead generation and marketing analytics: building and optimizing funnels, measuring performance and reporting campaign outcomes.
• Web analytics to interpret website and product usage data and improve conversion paths.
• Proficiency with common marketing tools (CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools).
• Familiarity with SEO and digital advertising fundamentals.
