Content Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a result‑driven Content Marketer to join our marketing team, focusing on the development and implementation of a multichannel content strategy. Reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing, this person will be a key partner in creating, planning, prioritizing, and measuring the efficacy of our content program.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage a holistic content strategy and annual calendar, leveraging industry knowledge and local merchant culture.
• Identify topics to grow the merchant community and user base.
• Craft web and campaign copy in inyad’s voice, from social ads to landing pages, sales enablement material, and email nurtures.
• Script and help produce video content such as customer stories and best‑practice tutorials.
• Drive creation of long‑form lead‑gen assets (whitepapers, webinars) and short‑form assets (blogs, infographics).
• Collaborate with design, performance, and product marketing teams to complete assets.
• Gather inputs from product and development teams to ensure accurate product storytelling.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in B2B SaaS or e‑commerce marketing and content creation, with a strong portfolio.
• BSc degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven ability to produce whitepapers, webinars, blog posts, multimedia content, and sales collateral.
• Exceptional verbal, writing, and editing skills in Arabic, French, and English.
• Strong storytelling talent, able to turn complex topics into engaging, informative content.
