About the role

ALTEN Maroc is seeking a Management Controller to ensure financial data consistency between its time‑tracking tool and SAP. The role focuses on identifying and correcting cost and production variances, supporting accurate reporting for the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze cost gaps between the time‑tracking system and SAP, determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Examine production day discrepancies, reconcile reported work days with SAP data.
• Process modification requests for consultants' activity reports in the Smart tool.
• Maintain and update general and analytical accounting records.
• Collaborate with finance and controlling teams to ensure data integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 (Bac+5) in Management, Finance or Controlling.
• 3‑5 years of experience in financial controlling or cost analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with knowledge of income‑statement accounts.
• Fluent in French and English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with SAP financial modules.
• Understanding of general and analytical accounting principles.
• Familiarity with finance and controlling tools.
