About the role

The Finance Department of Marjane Group is looking for a Management Controller to ensure financial and operational steering, guarantee data reliability, monitor performance and optimise costs to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget.
• Produce, analyse and comment on financial and operational reporting.
• Identify gaps between forecasts and actual results and propose corrective action plans.
• Develop and ensure the reliability of performance monitoring tools and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support operational teams in managing their financial results.
• Contribute to cross‑functional performance and process optimisation projects.
• Maintain an active watch on best practices in management control and performance management.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Finance, Management Control, Audit or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in management control, preferably in large‑scale retail, distribution or services.
• Strong analytical skills, synthesis ability and rigor.
• Excellent command of reporting tools and management information systems.
• Good communication skills and ability to simplify financial data for operational teams.
• Team spirit, proactivity and result orientation.
