About the role

Join KITEA Group as a Senior HR Management Controller and drive social performance by turning HR data into strategic insights. You will work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Produce, analyse and monitor HR indicators such as headcount, turnover, recruitment, and payroll costs.
• Design and develop HR dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Conduct deep turnover analyses and propose improvement actions.
• Prepare monthly HR reports and materials for HR committees.
• Track and analyse payroll data and overall salary mass.
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of HR budgets.
• Create presentations and analyses for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.
• Ensure data reliability, consistency and quality across all HR metrics.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Management Control, Finance, Statistics, Human Resources or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR control or finance role.
• Strong analytical, synthesis and communication abilities.
• High sense of confidentiality, rigor and result orientation.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Power BI.
• Advanced Excel skills.
