About the role

The Management Controller will be based at Danone's Salé production plant, supporting cost reporting, budgeting and financial analysis to ensure efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and monitor cost reports, driving the management control process.
• Analyze weekly and monthly operating costs, adhering to corporate reporting deadlines.
• Prepare dashboards and KPI analyses.
• Track budget variances with all departments and implement corrective action plans.
• Monitor monthly investments, oversee asset disposals or transfers, and verify profitability of capital projects.
• Update manufacturing standards and rationalize raw material consumption, reporting daily loss ratios.
• Maintain the site’s analytical accounting plan.
• Coordinate between operational and accounting teams, ensuring timely monthly close.
• Supervise physical inventories of raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts.
• Participate in plant management committee meetings and ensure compliance with asset tracking procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar management control role.
• Strong knowledge of general and analytical accounting.
• Proficiency in costing techniques, budgeting processes, and internal audit.
• Ability to work with ERP systems and Office tools.
