Contrôleur Travaux – Rail & Electrical Infrastructure (12 months)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Controller to oversee rail and electrical infrastructure works on a major project in Casablanca. The position is a 12‑month independent contract, starting as soon as possible, and requires a strong on‑site presence with regular travel between multiple worksites.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and verify that executed works conform to execution drawings and contract/tender documentation.
• Maintain regular site presence across several project locations.
• Participate in hold points, critical inspections, and joint inspections with the contractor.
• Prepare detailed site inspection and control reports.
• Manage and follow‑up Non‑Conformity Reports in coordination with project and quality teams.
• Review and verify the contractor’s execution documentation, including PAQ, procedures, and method statements.
• Identify discrepancies between design documents and on‑site execution.
• Support the project team in ensuring quality, compliance, and proper execution of works.

Required profile

• Technician or engineer with proven experience in railway, electrical or infrastructure supervision/control.
• Experience in quality control or site supervision is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with SNCF IG/IN standards or equivalent Moroccan railway/infrastructure standards.
• Fluent French; English is a plus.
• Valid driving licence; own vehicle strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Technical drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge of railway/electrical infrastructure standards (SNCF IG/IN or Moroccan equivalents).
• Quality control documentation handling (PAQ, procedures, method statements).
• Non‑Conformity Report management.
