Core Team Engineer – High Voltage & High Frequency Connectors

About the role

The HVHF Connector Core Engineer leads the development and validation of global high‑voltage and high‑frequency connector systems for Stellantis, ensuring that quality, cost, delivery and performance (QCDP) targets are achieved throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare supplier consultation and sourcing packages and analyse supplier feedback.
• Own and manage deliverables for each project milestone, driving component development to meet QCDP targets.
• Co‑develop with suppliers, including quality tracking activities such as APQP.
• Lead DFMEA activities and support PFMEA execution.
• Manage prototype builds, deliveries and integration into engine/vehicle/platform environments.
• Lead technical interactions with suppliers, resolve issues and manage engineering changes.
• Support assembly plants from pilot through launch and drive product and process validation plans (DV/PV).
• Contribute to cost‑reduction and quality‑improvement initiatives and participate in crisis management.

Required profile

• Strong automotive background.
• Experience with global connector development and validation.
• Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and technical assessments.
• Familiarity with QCDP targets and lifecycle management.
