Corporate Campaigns Coordinator

About the role

The Corporate Campaigns Coordinator will lead Animal Welfare League’s efforts to engage Moroccan food companies on animal‑welfare policies. You will combine outreach, negotiation and campaign management to secure cage‑free commitments and drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Map and maintain a database of Moroccan food companies and key decision‑makers.
• Lead corporate outreach through emails, calls, meetings and events, preparing briefs and policy asks.
• Negotiate cage‑free policies, timelines and public commitments.
• Design and execute offline and digital campaigns that respect Moroccan legal and cultural contexts.
• Recruit, brief and manage volunteers, supporters and partners while ensuring safety and compliance.
• Draft reports, briefings and position papers; support media outreach in English and Arabic.
• Track outcomes, commitments and compliance evidence; identify lessons and opportunities.
• Travel within Morocco for meetings and coordinate event logistics.

Required profile

• Experience in campaign coordination, project management or corporate partnerships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for corporate and internal audiences.
• Background in marketing, communications, nonprofit management or a related field; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and apply insights to improve performance.
• Demonstrated interest in animal welfare, social impact or environmental issues.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
