Corporate Communications Trainee (Nestalent)

About the role

Join Nestlé’s Nestalent fast‑track development program as a Corporate Communications & CSV Trainee. You will rotate through multiple communication streams, gaining hands‑on experience in internal and external corporate communication, corporate affairs, and sustainability initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the creation and delivery of internal and external communication materials.
• Assist in corporate affairs actions and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to sustainability (CSV) projects and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the MENA region.
• Participate in training sessions and mentorship meetings.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field and a strong GPA.
• Ability to work in a fast‑moving, multi‑functional environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Arabic and French.
