Corporate IT Support Officer

About the role

Pay10 Morocco is launching its payment services in compliance with Bank Al-Maghrib regulations. The Corporate IT Support Officer will ensure that employees have reliable, secure access to all IT resources, supporting both office‑based and remote work environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and access issues and resolve incidents within internal SLAs.
• Configure and prepare devices for new hires, create and manage user accounts, and enforce access‑right policies.
• Manage IT asset inventory, track lifecycle, coordinate repairs, replacements and secure disposal.
• Maintain access logs, support periodic access reviews and promptly escalate security concerns.
• Enforce corporate IT and information‑security policies, including device encryption, antivirus and endpoint protection.
• Assist with internal audits, regulatory reviews and data‑protection assessments.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering first‑ and second‑line IT support in a corporate environment.
• Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes and access‑management best practices.
• Understanding of IT asset management and security compliance in a regulated fintech setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with HR, Compliance and Risk teams.
