About the role

Citi is seeking a motivated Corp Officer to join its CitiService team in Morocco on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. This trainee‑professional position offers exposure to global financial services, client engagement, and operational improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to review and enhance their operational activities.
• Educate and train clients on procedures, product capabilities, and service standards.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing trending or systemic issues.
• Collaborate on project management and implementation of operational re‑engineering initiatives.
• Assess risk, ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies, and report control issues transparently.
