Corporate Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple business functions. The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers, proactive sourcing, and end‑to‑end candidate management to ensure high‑quality hires.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs and design recruitment strategies.
• Manage all stages of recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, professional networks, databases, and referrals.
• Utilize ATS, resume databases, and CRM tools to streamline workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Conduct phone screens, virtual interviews, and in‑person meetings to assess candidate fit.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, attrition, and compliance.
• Support employer branding by delivering a positive candidate experience.
• Participate in hiring events and talent engagement activities as needed.

Required profile

• Proven full‑cycle recruiting experience, handling multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing capabilities beyond inbound applications.
• Fluent in English and French (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent stakeholder communication with the ability to influence decisions.
• Problem‑solver who can identify and address process bottlenecks.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management tools.
