Country Project Coordinator – Rabat

About the role

Acted is seeking a Country Project Coordinator based in Rabat to ensure that all projects across Morocco are delivered smoothly, cost‑efficiently and in compliance with donor and organisational procedures. The role supports Acted’s response, recovery and sustainable development programmes in the aftermath of the 2023 earthquake.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, monitoring and quality control of all country‑wide projects.
• Coordinate project planning, budgeting, logistics and procurement.
• Manage relationships with implementing partners and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with transparency, security and donor regulations.
• Provide administrative and HR support for project teams.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of field experience in program management and coordination.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Capacity to train, mobilise and manage experienced staff.
• Flexibility to multitask under pressure and adapt to unstable security environments.
• Willingness to live and work in Rabat.
