CRM Analyst – Data Insights & Reporting

About the role

We are looking for a CRM Analyst to turn customer and market data into actionable insights that improve the consumer experience and drive business results. The role combines data collection, analysis, forecasting and reporting to support marketing and sales initiatives across B2C and B2B channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, combine and analyse internal and external data sources, including market trends, consumer behavior and campaign performance.
• Maintain and enrich the CRM database, ensuring high data quality.
• Perform ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses and develop forecasting and predictive models.
• Translate analytical results into recommendations for consumer journey strategy, campaign management and channel forecasting.
• Produce regular KPI reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders, sales channels and headquarters.
• Monitor trends, evaluate marketing campaigns and build automated Power BI dashboards.

Required profile

• University degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics or Quantitative Marketing.
• 2‑3 years of experience in data mining, CRM or direct marketing.
• Proven project‑management competency.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM systems and SQL‑based query tools.
