Cruise Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Cruise Consultant to join Abercrombie & Kent Morocco’s luxury travel team. In this role you will guide clients through the entire cruise planning process, delivering personalized advice and ensuring a flawless travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking cruise itineraries that match their preferences and budget.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, ship amenities, and travel logistics.
• Prepare accurate pricing, quotations, and manage payment processes.
• Coordinate with cruise lines and suppliers to secure reservations and resolve any issues.
• Maintain detailed client records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French and Spanish (additional languages a plus).
• Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Organized, able to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Previous experience in the travel or tourism sector is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
