About the role

We are an early‑stage stealth‑mode CyberTech startup building a foundational cybersecurity platform. As our first technical leader, you will turn a validated discovery framework into an enterprise‑grade product and shape the technology direction of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology vision, architecture, and roadmap across discovery, prioritization, and validation phases.
• Industrialize the deterministic discovery framework from prototype to customer‑grade solution.
• Lead the machine‑learning fingerprinting roadmap built on the discovery engine.
• Deliver on‑prem and Kubernetes/OpenShift deployments in constrained environments.
• Ensure the product’s performance, security, and reliability meet enterprise standards.
• Recruit, build, and lead the engineering team.
• Contribute to product strategy, fundraising, and overall company decisions.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in systems and network engineering, including protocols and packet‑level analysis.
• Hands‑on builder mindset; comfortable writing code and working directly with the product.
• Proven track record shipping self‑hosted or on‑prem enterprise software, especially with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Minimum three years of professional experience.
• Experience in the cybersecurity domain is a strong plus.
• Applied machine‑learning experience is a plus.
• Startup mindset with strong execution skills.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
