About the role
This Culinary Internship offers you the chance to build on your classroom studies by gaining hands‑on experience in hotel operations at The Ritz‑Carlton in Rabat. You will be immersed in Marriott’s culture and learn the fundamentals of hotel food service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist kitchen and service teams in daily food preparation and presentation.
- Support the culinary staff with inventory, sanitation, and basic cooking tasks.
Required profile
- Current college or university student pursuing a degree in culinary arts, hospitality, or a related field.
- Enthusiastic about learning hotel operations and eager to work in a fast‑paced environment.
