Customer Invoicing Analyst

About the role

Swissport is looking for a Customer Invoicing Analyst to join its Business Services organisation. The role ensures the accurate and timely execution of the end‑to‑end flight billing process for scheduled, ad‑hoc, charter and cargo flights, supporting high levels of customer satisfaction across the aviation network.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and process invoices for ad‑hoc, scheduled, charter and cargo flights.
• Coordinate with station staff to confirm operational and billing data before invoicing.
• Validate handling, equipment rental and airport tax invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage client contracts and apply monthly CPI adjustments in the FindNet Billing System.
• Track and invoice OTP‑related penalties or bonuses.
• Submit monthly charter flight declarations in line with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Central Load Control (CLC) manager to validate data and deliver CLC invoices.
• Handle client complaints and resolve billing disputes professionally and within agreed timelines.

• Ability to work closely with stations, Commercial Line Coordinators and other internal stakeholders.
• Professional approach to client communication and dispute resolution.
