About the role
We are seeking an Italian‑speaking Customer Sales Representative to join Arrow Global Components in Casablanca. The role supports the Sales team by managing the full customer order lifecycle—from clean order entry through invoicing and delivery—while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the Order‑to‑Invoice process and monitor order backlogs.
- Provide after‑sales support to customers and suppliers primarily via email, and occasionally by phone or chat.
- Handle and respond to customer requests, order changes, and inventory reservations.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales and Logistics to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Drive process efficiency and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required profile
- Fluent Italian (C1‑C2) and at least B2 level English.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Previous experience in customer service or order management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and team‑player mindset.
