Customer Service Advisor – Dutch Speaking

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Customer Service Team and help create unforgettable holiday experiences. As a Customer Service Advisor you will handle customer communications, provide expert travel information and manage bookings while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chat requests from customers.
• Provide expert information and manage bookings efficiently.
• Meet quality and productivity KPIs while delivering excellent service.
• Stay updated on processes, products and destinations using internal tools.
• Continuously develop skills and identify areas for improvement.
• Adapt to different communication channels such as phone, email and social media.
• Collaborate with other departments on special projects.
• Show flexibility in handling ad‑hoc tasks and missions.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, English and Dutch (trilingual).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service role.
• Secondary education diploma; tourism or hospitality qualification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of remote customer service best practices.
• Understanding of the tourism industry, destinations and tour operators.
• Team‑player mentality and adaptability to change.
